Ann Mountford, Psychotherapy Oxford
Experienced, qualified psychotherapist and counsellor
Do you feel that life has been unfair to you, feel trapped, depressed and anxious, confused and empty, not sure where to turn, how to go forward? At such times we often feel vulnerable and seek extra support. This support can be sought through psychotherapy in Oxford. Your emotional well-being matters.
To talk through and explore difficult feelings and to be heard, in a safe, comfortable environment, with a professional who is empathetic and non-judgemental, can be a valuable experience.
I work with men and women of all ages and from varying backgrounds and cultures, who find themselves at a critical point in their lives, perhaps experiencing overwhelming emotions.
