I have been working as an Oxfordshire based psychotherapist and counsellor both privately and in various GP surgeries since 2005. In a voluntary capacity I have also worked as a youth counsellor at a centre for adolescents aged 13 to 19.
I am a qualified, registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (bacp.co.uk). Therefore I adhere to the guidelines set out in the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Other psychotherapist work
I facilitate GP clinical supervision groups and also offer individual clinical supervision to GPs in Oxfordshire and the surounding areas.
As a member of the Balint Society (balint.co.uk) and an experienced Balint group leader, I facilitate groups, which include psychiatrists, doctors and other health professionals, who work locally, nationally and internationally. I have regularly attended and contributed to the Balint Society Conference held annually in Oxford. I have been asked to be a guest speaker to members of the Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists in the NHS, Primary Care Division (app-nhs.org.uk)
