This is something that we would discuss in the first session and may be dependant on the nature of your concern and your commitments. I can work flexibly in both a time-limited or an open-ended way. Ultimately the decision is entirely yours.
I work during normal office hours, but also offer some early morning and evening appointment times. Skype or telephone appointments are available for those whose commitments may preclude regular face-to-face sessions. If under any circumstances I have to cancel your session, I will give as much notice as possible, and do my utmost to reschedule the session. If the session cannot be rescheduled to your convenience, there will be no charge. Payment is due for any scheduled session missed by the client for any reason.
I normally present a bill at the end of the month, and expect payment by cheque at the next session, or via an online bank transfer.
In my dedicated consulting room, which provides a safe and comfortable environment. After the initial consultation, for some clients I also offer therapy sessions over the phone or using Skype voice calls.
